Mac & Cheese At Break of Dawn of Laguna Hills

Chef Dee Nguyen's version of Mac & Cheese helps to transform the common comfort food item to the realm of sublime.

After hearing so much positive buzz about his plate, I finally had the opportunity to try it out for myself and it didn't disappoint.

The menu describes the dish as "Sicilian Sausage, short rib, bacon fried eggs, smoked gouda-tomato carbonara", but that doesn't even take into consideration the sensory satisfaction you get from this savory plate.
