BEHOLD: McDonald’s Secret Menu Item “The Mc10:35”

What you're looking at is a little known McDonalds brunch item called the "Mc10:35", which is essentially a Franken-sandwich hybrid between a Egg McMuffin and a McDouble. During the transition period between breakfast and lunch, just order the two sandwiches and then assemble them together yourself. Since you can only pull off this culinary stunt at about 10:35 AM, therein lies the origin of its name. 

Curiously, the individual who discovered this fast food mashup also observed, "They're damn good when hungover!" I guess that explains the blurry image.
