The Pizza Waffle at WaffleS Cafe of Las VegaS

One of the best things about going to Sin City without Vegas Newbies or HUGE ass groups is that you get to avoid the all-the-MEH-you-can-eat buffets and adventure out to more creative, tasty and less expensive fare! 

The pizza waffle (pictured above) from WaffleS Cafe was no exception.  The uniquely light, crispy & delicate pastry made this savory item the best one our table ordered.  Sure, the sweeter selections were exquisite as well, but where else can you order an amazing Pizza Waffle?  I just had to get this one!  Curious?  Here’s a full scan of their take out menu:

So the next time you’re in town, I suggest you pass up the buffets, go for a 10 minutes drive away from the strip and have some of the best waffles you’ll ever have … no seriously!
